Seven questions to choose from

  1. What problem keeps returning because we have not addressed its cause?
  2. Which customer or activity creates revenue but too little value?
  3. What are we tolerating that contradicts our standards?
  4. Which decisions wait for the owner when they should not?
  5. What must be finished in the next 90 days?
  6. Which assumption behind our plan most needs testing?
  7. What will we stop doing to make room for what matters?

A 15-minute agenda

  1. Minutes 0 to 3 · Choose and reflect

Select one question. Give everyone a moment to write their own response.

  2. Minutes 3 to 8 · Compare the evidence

Hear each perspective. Use a specific example rather than a general opinion.

  3. Minutes 8 to 12 · Make a decision

Agree one change or one assumption to test. Keep the scope small enough to act on.

  4. Minutes 12 to 15 · Commit

Name the owner, first action and review date. Define what progress will look like.
