Start with one useful prompt
- Give AI your business context. Use the Business Profile master prompt in “Before you start” to describe your business and save your profile.
- Choose the issue that matters. Find the matching companion section and select one prompt.
- Make the prompt your own. Copy it into ChatGPT with your Business Profile and relevant records. Add your timeframe and limits. Ask what information is missing.
- Check the answer. Verify the figures, challenge the assumptions and ask what evidence supports the recommendations. Then use your execution process to turn the insight into action.
A practical place to begin
